Can anyone help me with needed instructions , to pair my I phone contacts with my Bose Bluetooth System. The phone is paired, but I cannot get the contacts to load into Bose System. Thanks Brett

As of Monday morning: Menlo Park Mall Apple store = zero. Bridgewater Commons Apple store = zero. Best Buy in East Brunswick = got a new shipment of 32 Gb wi-fi blacks. Plenty left as of 11 AM.

On my iPhone 4, the animations are very choppy. For example when I tap an app, it doesn't "zoom" in...it just freezes for a second then the app appears. Not jailbroken, and it does this even after a restore.
Hopefully this update will fix it...it's been going on for a while now.
I second this issue. This problem only became a problem following an upgrade; my brand new iP4 ran like a champ! :(

You already have a few members in this thread who said they're not eligible.

I've probably got the wrong end of the stick as usual, but I use the web access for iDisk that is already there - I haven't downloaded any applications at all for my work Windows laptop. Is this what you meant, or was there something else on top of this?Well kind of, but that's very limited. It doesn't support drag and drop, icon or column views, file previews, searching, .zip archiving and unarchiving, etc. In other words, all the goodies you get in a Finder window (including iDisk Finder windows). Using AJAX technologies, most of that should be possible, as they are doing for the Mail application. And as I said, making folders individually password-protectable (separate passwords, unlike now where it's one for the whole disk) is a priority for me.

Seems like a good reason to open up sales to other carriers. VZ for six months to do what they can then T-Mobile and Sprint to help boost the numbers before iP5.

Randomly my macbook will boot and have no video or KB.trakpad input.
I wil have to hook up an external display and mouse and keyboard to be able to log in and work.
its a has anyone sen this before? The Macbook boots then shows a blue screen and it fades to black and then will not display video on my macbooks LCD, but will on an external display.

I was hoping a little this would be included with the MobileMe upgrade that is occuring rather that paying additional money for it. Otherwise, well, we can just stream the music from our computers at home for free.

I do some computer work at our library and they had the HDD with the catalog die (and didnt back up of course). They went to Lazurus??? , anyways they got back a whole new Hard Drive with everything restored. Took 2 weeks i think but they did a really great job. I didnt see the bill but somebody said it was $500 for the new drive and recovery.

Does anyone have this issue? I cant seem to view macrumors on safari. It works fine on firefox. On safari it works the first time after I clear cache but after that the page views are not as they should be. Not sure how to describe it but its almost like there is no html or structure. This started about a month ago on safari. I know after a safari reset it works but only the first time out. Its a bit of a hassle to go to firefox to use the site. Any help would be appreciated.

I want retribution, so do most americans. Glad we got it. And please define "destroyed", those countries were radical muslim wastelands and iraq had an evil dictator. They were pretty much destroyed as it is. Just like dirty trash bins attract flies and rats, those countries attract terrorists. Your solution to just leave the middle east alone is counterproductive, ignoring bullies never worked. Your country tried that with hitler, how did that work out for you?

Platelet donations take longer than blood donations (at least an hour longer in most cases). You can donate platelets much more often because your body regenerates them so quickly, in a matter of days instead of months. Some people feel temporarily light-headed after donating blood, which is why they insist that you rest and have a snack afterwards. That happens less often with platelet donations.
One thing I didn't know until recently: A lot of donation centers encourage platelet donation because platelets have a shorter shelf life than whole blood and supplies can easily run low. But if your blood type is O negative (you're a "universal donor") and you volunteer to donate platelets, they'll likely ask you to donate blood instead!
A Whole BLood Donation will take an average of 5-10 minutes once you're in the phlebotomy chair.... An automated RBC (double red cell) takes approximately 25 minutes in the phlebotomy chair - and a Platelet donation can vary quite a bit... dependent on your body mass, pre-platelet count, etc... average probably about 60 minutes.... In automated procedures, donors get saline back during the procedures, which is why the donors feel better vs. whole blood donors who don't receive any return saline....
Red Blood Cells have a usual shelf life of 42 days - Platelets have a shelf life of 5 days... therefore, the needs are very different - All are extremely important! so ....wherever you fall in the spectrum, keep coming back!
