Yeah hopefully. It's definitely been a slower process than the previous generation MacBooks. And it probably doesn't help that I'm a college student who probably doesn't treat his computer as nice as he should :p

I would upgrade depending on the situation. Do you have SHSH blobs saved for 4.2.1. If you do then upgrade to 4.3.1 and save your SHSH blobs and then downgrade back to 4.2.1 using your 4.2.1 blobs. If you do not have your blobs for 4.2.1 then i would upgrade to 4.3.1 so you can atleast have a set of blobs that is jailbreak compatible in case your 4.2.1 crashes.

It does not resolve even after reboot/hard reboot/restore.

2. Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.

6. Release the keys.
On a side note. You should never install a developer preview as your primary OS.

Nice shot, would be nice if there were less clouds around the mountain as it covers a lot of it up and is distracting. Plus would use just a very slight increase in vibrancy just to make the colours pop a bit more. also slightly increase contrast through Levels... again only a touch. that's only from my personal point of view though. lol, good thing you sold it, but he paid high for a used shuffle. 99$ seems like a great price shipped but I hate the fact that the shuffle shuffles!
What you don't get is that it was new. Do you know what NEW is> Never used, never turned on, never operated. Only the seal was broken at the Apple Store. Nothing was disturbed. Shuffle still in it's plastic wrap.

OK. thanks. I was at the apple store today and i told the salesperson that i wanted 1 gig of ram. he offered me a 1 gb stick, or two 512s. That's why i was confused. I told him that i thought they needed to be in pairs, and he said no.

They just need to have another Us Fest, seriously. For those that don't remember, in the early 80s (before Apple lost it's cool, while Jobs and Woz were still a team) they laid down sod over part of the desert, had air-conditioned tents, and threw a rock festival in part for their employees and the press. This was two decades before Apple got into digital music... they knew how to throw a party :)
