I just got the below update from the USCIS website regarding my case.
Has anybody received this?.. What is the possible Evidence that they may be looking for?. Who receives such notice (Me or My lawyer)... Normally what response time would be given?... Please advise...

Can someone please confirm if "Card Production Ordered" email from USCIS mean my 485 is approved and I have gotten GC ?
Also if May bulletin is Unavailable it still means that GC;s issued if your date is current in April are valid ? My email came yesterday same day as the new May bulletin ?
May bulletin is effective only in May 09, so you are in good shape.

I would like to post a positive answer, but the fact is "it does not" . Unless the "DO Noting" Congress Does something - no relief soon. If you are young and in EB3 (with '08) PD, Use this time to earn a higher degree if possible and at some point in future, it might help you apply under the E2 or E1 category.
While waiting for my GC i have completed my Management program from Northwestern University and now i got myself ported to EB2. Knowing i cant got anywhere helped me focus on my Masters and get it completed. Now i am waiting to get the GC before i look for a new job. I think porting from EB3 to EB2 is going to help people in the EB3 queue who are not supported by their companies to covert to EB2.

Thanks for posting this. I was thinking of creating a thread for this purpose. Self filers please make sure that you file the "correct" versions of 131 and 765

Interesting thing with this new form is the re-enactment of interim EAD. We yet to get any confirmation on that though.

I am going to apply for a position in Oracle but do not know if it files green card or not. I am reluctant to ask this in the interview.(They may prefer somebody who does not need it) . Also I wonder if there is any wait time for them to file the green card after joining. I posted this because I think some of you might be working for Oracle and might be knowing. Anybody knows the answer , please reply here or send me a private message.

actually some people I know recently got their green card even though their PD was not current.. I will ask them if they sent their video.. LOL !!
But it is really alarming.. USCIS seems to be making rules on the fly.. what next ? you need to send paper applications in different colors next time ?
It is really not very funny when you have to leave your job because your EAD god delayed because of this new 'rule'.. happened to my cousin. he had to leave the job because EAD got delayed. not only that, since he is working at hospital, his residency got extended for delayed period when he was not working.. not fun ..

in cousin's RFE the reason by USCIS exactly said that they had used the same photo in visa so they need to send new photos. My attorney also said recently he has seen USCIS asking for 'unused' photos in most of the cases, that's why he is requesting new photos from all his clients.

140 APPROVED.
In addition to the first RFE as above,i received one more RFE.In the second RFE they mentioned that education and experience satisfies labour,but wanted more documents from company to prove A2P.Company sent tax returns and got the approval in 6 days.Yet to receive the notice.

I have seen people talking about getting approvals with misdemeanors, but each case may be different. Murthy.com forums has a special section for people dealing with misdemeanor issues and have gone through the process, may be you will get some more tips about preparing for the interview there. Also, bringing in more unskilled labor helps me having same level of conversation with them instead of feeling left out.

May be we all should focus on STEM education for some time than speaking about idols and proms. May be a geek should deserve the same attention in school like a football player.

It was given on LC copy. Also, some one last year posted a URL to DOL website where all the LC in each particular year where published as a part of public disclosure. I could actually found mine with my company name, date, salary and some guestmates. I will post the URL if I can find it back.

After carefully reviwing the approved 140 ,I found this DOL/ETA case number D-XXXXX-XXXXX (don know whether I can post this number here) in my approved 140 petition under "Additional Information the petitioner" column...but this particular column has info abt my employer who filed my GC and i'm not sure wther it is the same as my GC labor code...
is this the number u r referring to?

Mine is similar case. While sending the application he missed the 2 pages of my wife's I485 application. He said he will try to send it again. Not sure what happens. :-((

I left the job last month as I was getting better opportunity. I gave notice period to my employer and he was being cool at that time but then I did not get salary credited in my account for last month when I called my employer and inquired about that, he said he has some dues invoices to client and can not pay until he gets money from client. Can you please suggest me what should I do in this case? My employer said it will take 3-4 months to get those invoices clear.
