Have you taken a look at Garage Band's tutorials yet?
http://www.apple.com/support/ilife/tutorials/garageband/index.html
You could also try Audacity.
Anyway, what you want to do is easy to accomplish if you at least know the programs a bit.
Btw, you could also use QuickTime Player X (if you have mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard), open song 1, trim* it and save it as song 1a, then do the same to song 2, 3 and 4 and then later combine the songs in QT Player again. Or Audacity. Or Garage Band.
* Change IN and OUT points, meaning cutting something from the beginning and from the end.

From the help file on your Mac...
'In the Finder, choose Connect To Server from the Go menu. Connect to the server, log in, and select the volume.
Open System Preferences and click Login Items. Click Add and locate the server in the Recent Servers folder in your home Library folder.
Each time you log in to Mac OS X, the login dialog appears for you to connect to the server.'

Looking at the way the Elder Chinese man is dressed actually looks fairly normal for China.
The sandals, the blue suit and the cap are a fairly standard form of dress among the more senior Chinese male citizen.

Found the culprit an update to "Remove Background" was just released and fixed the issue.
Even after the app update you still need to completely remove the app from Packages.

In fact, the no go zone around Chernobyl has ended up being somewhat of a refuge for endangered species.No-go zones in general seem to be very beneficial for flora and fauna: the area to each side of the old Warsaw Pact borders is a whole ecosystem unto itself.

Thanks for the links again. I am trying to use apple's "Your First iOS Application" ( http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#documentation/iPhone/Conceptual/iPhone101/Articles/03_AddingViewController.html) but I am encountering some problems.
I think the problem is something trivial but I cannot pinpoint the problem and would greatly appreciate someone's help.
I have 4 issues coming back in debug mode, as follows:
1. error: expected identifier or '(' before '@' token
2. error: '_myViewController' undeclared (first use in this function)
3. warning: property 'myViewController' requires method '-myViewController' to be defined - use @synthesize, @dynamic or provide a method implementation
4. warning: property 'myViewController' requires the method 'setMyViewController:' to be defined - use @synthesize, @dynamic or provide a method implementation
HelloWorldAppDelegate.h
#import <UIKit/UIKit.h>
@class MyViewController;
@interface HelloWorldAppDelegate : NSObject <UIApplicationDelegate> {
}
@property (nonatomic, retain) IBOutlet UIWindow *window;

Ok Here it is. I'm not going to make another thread to submit it because I don't want to enter it into the contest because I don't think it has a very good chance of winning.

The best explanation is the shipping dates for all SSD-equipped iMacs are still heavily padded and reflect the expected worst-case scenario, not reality.
Regardless, many of us are tracking actual SSD-equipped 2011 iMac shipments here: 2011 Thunderbolt iMac w/ SSD Shipment Tracker (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1148415)

I don't know if this will help you or not since I'm running OS X 10.4.11 with Firefox 3.6.16 and Safari 4.1.3, but anyway, in Safari it goes back to the previous place on the Google results page, on Firefox it goes back to the top of the results page. I don't know if there's a setting that can be changed in Firefox to make it work the other way.
I never use that method, what I do normally is command click (or right click) the link so it opens in a new tab, that way I don't have to go back and forth loading the Google results page.

eMacs are awesome. You'll appreciate the screen, the hard drive and the GPU to name a few things. :)
Those are all the the things the Mac mini didn't have - no screen - 80GB HDD compared to 160GB and 4200RPM compared to 7200RPM - ATi 9200 32MB compared to ATi 9600 64MB, 8x DUAL LAYER DVD+Burner compared to a DVD+RW 4x... blah blah blah.
I'm very excited! :)

Have you tried any of these steps?
Mac doesn't boot (http://guides.macrumors.com/Mac_doesn?_boot)
Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck (http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1417)
Troubleshooting: My computer won't turn on (http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1367)
Btw, the Mac mini, obviously being an older G4 model, being plugged into a router does not have anything to do with its bootability.

I'm trying queensgate. They've got 20 or so of the black 32GB and about 10 of the white 32GB. (Thats all I asked, sorry!)
They're not expecting much demand in comparison to last years as they're not offering any early upgrades. :P

wow this seems old.
Yea it was a 2003 BMW 745i.
We went out the other day and she bought an Audi A6 4.2L- not as nice as the BMW but very very fun to drive.
Yea the poor PC laptop survived, I could have put it out of its misery. I knew I should have bought a crappy case for it. I had an IBM and I loved it, but this new dell is a piece of crap.

But has that REALLY stopped them so far?

urgh, I hate this time of year "April fools, April fools!!'" Yes, Nintendo, Sega and the Olympic committee are trying to fool you on March 28th. Cant wait till April 2nd so we won't have to put up with crys of April fools on every announcement.
If you're after press releases:

I can't believe anybody can get too excited about this.. it's an Olympic game made by Sega Japan...however, Miyamoto is supervising so you never know..
The game's currently in development by SEGA Japan and Shigeru Miyamoto is supervising the project.
